Product Description Mavyret (glecaprevir 100 mg / pibrentasvir 40 mg) is a fixed-dose combination oral tablet and an all-oral, pan-genotypic direct-acting antiviral (DAA) regimen approved for the treatment of chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection in adults and pediatric patients 3 years and older across all six major genotypes (1–6). It inhibits NS3/4A protease (glecaprevir) and NS5A (pibrentasvir) to block viral replication. Mavyret offers a short 8-week duration for most treatment-naïve patients without cirrhosis, with cure rates exceeding 98%.
