About Harvoni
Harvoni (ledipasvir/sofosbuvir) is a fixed-dose combination oral tablet containing 90 mg ledipasvir and 400 mg sofosbuvir (the image shows the 45 mg/200 mg pediatric strength). It is a direct-acting antiviral (DAA) indicated for the treatment of chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection in adults and pediatric patients 3 years and older with genotype 1, 4, 5, or 6. Harvoni works by inhibiting two key HCV proteins, NS5A (ledipasvir) and NS5B (sofosbuvir), to stop viral replication.
